RETURN POLICY: We do not accept returns. But please contact us if you have any problems and we can work something out. * There are VERY few cases where returns might be allowed, for example if NeatCrowns by any mistake of our own had sent you a wrong color instead of the color you ordered.
Please note: If your item qualifies for a return, you the Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, as we do not issue out return labels.
EXCHANGES: We gladly accept exchanges if the Customer agrees to the exchange policies below:
1. For exchange to a longer or a shorter length, or for another color or another lace type/wig cap size, the buyer will have to pay a REMAKE FEE because the exchange will be made from scratch. The fee might include price difference if applicable (for example, an exchange for a longer length or an upgrade from a frontal to a full lace). Please send us a message and we'll give you a detailed invoice on how much you may need to pay as prices depend on individual cases.
2. Buyer will also have to pay $30 for us to ship the exchange wig to her regardless of if the first wig that was bought or the new style to be exchanged for is advertised as "free shipping"
3. For the exchange to be accepted, you must first contact us within 3 days of receiving the items. Then Ship the items back to us within 7 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You must request a cancellation within 3 hours of your purchase, else it will not be accepted.
